THMMC Blue Ridge Parkway Tour 2011 Registration

Hopefully the form is self-explanatory and you can figure out how to get everything you want and sign up for all the parts of the tour that you want to be part of (which should be the whole End-to-End but we understand if it is not). We’ve made a few tweaks based on our experience last year to help the organizers keep things organized. One thing I would draw your attention to – T-shirt orders have to be made independent of the base registration, so don’t forget them as you go through the process. Speaking of t-shirts, here is the design for this year on delicious chocolate t-shirts:

I’ll also point out that we have posted an itinerary document from the 2010 BRP Tour. As we get closer to this year’s event we’ll have a new one with the information for this year – key stops, times, where we plan to eat, etc. But last year’s should give you a general idea of how things work.

As you might be able to tell, we went with something a little bit different for the front this year.  A little bit of fun to help put a smile on your face while you motor down the BRP.

THMMC 2010 BRP Tour Registration

Hopefully everything is self-explanatory.  There are options available to buy participation packages that include a whole bunch of goodies.  Or, if you want extras, there are a few items you can purchase as individual items.  Remember – a portion of the proceeds will be donated to charity (we are still working on identifying which one).

One important thing to note – the bottom half of the registration form includes options for the different days.  Please check the box for each day that you plan to attend ANY PART of the day. When you do that, it will give you choices as far as attending lunch and dinner and how many.  This will help the planners keep the restaurants up to date on the number to expect.

Please note – if you purchase any items (registration packages, t-shirts, badges, etc.), payment must be made by May 15, 2010.  This deadline is extremely important so the vendors have enough time to produce our stuff and get it shipped to us in time for the event.
